We are looking for a receptionist/chiropractic assistant who can help scheduling our doctors and patients appointments, direct billing, communication with other clinics, ICBC, insurance companies and lawyer’s offices.
Requirement:
- motivation to work and learn in a team
- Some work experience (doesn’t have to be a clinic experience)
- good communication skills (English, Korean, Mandarin)
- Good at social medias
- Punctuality
- tidiness
- flexibility
Duties:
- Greeting patients, scheduling doctors and patients, direct billing for patient.
- Communication between doctors, patients, insurance companies, ICBC, lawyers office, and so on
- Organizing and keep things clean in a clinic
- Answering calls with good manner.
- Multitasking all of the above.
